Eating more veggies will dramatically improve your health or even add years to your life, by reducing your risk for killer diseases like diabetes, heart attack, stroke and dementia.
But most people are more interested about sliming down a few pounds, without having to resort to a highly restrictive, low-calorie diet that leaves you ravenous and grumpy.
But really, why you should eat more vegetables?

Another substantial benefit of vegetables is dietary fiber. Fiber is an important nutrient found only in plant foods. As part of a healthy diet, fiber helps scour bad cholesterol out of your arteries, thus lowering your risk of heart disease, says the USDA. Fiber also keeps your digestive system running smoothly, helps control your blood sugar levels and may help prevent cancer.
consuming more veggies is not hard, actually is quite easy! Every time you eat vegetables they will provide vitamins and minerals and the best part, most of them are low in calories. Vegetables are low in fat and calories while providing fiber and other key nutrients. Most people should eat at least 3 cups but its better if you eat 6 cups every day.
